  4. C-A CHORALE CARMAN-AINSWORTH CHORALE WILL BE SINGING JOHN RUTTER’S “REQUIEM” ON SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 17TH AT 3:00 PM AT ST. ROBERT CATHOLIC CHURCH IN FLUSHING. THEY WILL BE JOINED BY CHOIRS FROM FLUSHING, GRAND BLANC AND ST. ROBERT AND ACCOMPANIED BY MEMBERS OF THE FLINT SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA. 200 VOICES WILL BE JOINED TOGETHER IN SONG. TICKETS ARE $10 AND MAY BE PURCHASED FROM Mrs. Yassick or at the door.

  5. Hat day Yearbook is sponsoring a hat day on Friday! You may purchase hat day stickers today during lunch for $1 so you can wear your favorite hat on Friday. All proceeds will go towards the cost of making sure we can put on another great yearbook for this school year. Get your sticker today!

  6. Spirit cup Who’s got spirit???? The cavaliers, that is who!!!! Tomorrow morning !!!!! abc 12’s marc jacobson & the spirit cup will be in the cavalier gym starting at 5:00 a.m. Want to be seen on tv showing your spirit?? Be here bright and early at 4:45 a.m. to prove that the cavaliers have spirt!!!

  7. Nhs food drive Nhs along side with you has started the canned good collection for the food drive. Please bring in your canned goods from now through tomorrow. This food will go to about 40 families in our very own c-a district! We will also be displaying the canned goods for the spirit cup. After the 15th all canned goods will be going toward the “SPIRIT CUP WIN!.

  8. C-a varsity football saturday at 1:00 p.m. - cavalier stadium c-a cavaliers vshudsonville eagles Tickets available in the athletic office $5.00 per person – 1st grade to adult. Ticket booth opens at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday Let’s show the eagles the cavaliers have school spirit. Good luck team and coaches!!

  9. Boys 9th Basketball Attention all freshmen boys interested in playing basketball. Try-outs are Monday, november 18th from 2:30-4:30, Tuesday 6:30-8:30 and Wednesday 2:30-4:30. make sure you have a physical turned in to the athletic office or you can’t try out.

  10. Girls track December is just around the corner. Do you know what that means? I will give you a hint, it involves blocks and poles. More to come. Stay tuned!

  11. Segment 2 class A segment 2 class will be offered next week, Monday, november 18th – Wednesday, november 20th. The class will start immediately after school in room 119. call to register or apply on-line so your certificate will be available at the end of class. Major driving school

  12. Hijab day! Msa presents hijab day! On november 21st after school, plan to attend a presentation in the cafeteria about hijab. On November 22nd, everyone is welcome to wear a hijab for hihab day!
