  1. How to Export and Import InterimIEP

InterimIEP • All teachers have a copy of the InterimIEP located on the server. • You have to be using a computer that has XP operating system on it. • You can export and import your IEP data between computers if you need to. • We do have the InterimIEP on CD is you need to have it installed at home.

  3. Logging On (Server) Click on the Icon to open the program The InterimIEP program is located on the County server. Your information is secure and only you can access it when you log in under your WEVIS username and password. The Icon is located in the Novell-Delivered Application window on your computer.

  4. Logging On (Standalone) Click on the Icon to open the program The InterimIEP program is located on your hard drive of your computer. Locate the icon and click on it to open the program

  8. Exporting Files

  9. Exporting Files You will need to use a 3.5 floppy disk to export and import the data. This is the only way you can complete this function.

  10. Click on the boxes of the students you want to export. The record will remain on the server.

  14. Importing Files The files will be imported into your database. Click OK to complete the action.

  15. Importing Date Click on View List of All Student Records to see that the students have been imported.
