  1. Abs - Alt V-Sits • Lie flat on your back with legs fully extended and arms fully extended overhead • Keeping the legs straight, simultaneously raise the right leg and torso to make a ‘V’ shape with only the buttocks touching the floor. Left leg remains fully extended • Bring the arms forward to touch the feet/legs • Take the arms back overhead and simultaneously lower the torso and right leg back to the floor so they are both fully extended • Repeat the exercise alternating the leg raised each time • N.B.
