Making a Photo a Text Background • Click on blank slide • Use the ‘outline’ choice in Word Art to create text • Right click on the the Word Art text and select FORMAT WORD ART • Under COLOR, click the arrow and select Click Fill Effects, • Click the Picture tab, • Click Select Picture to find the picture file you want, • Click Insert, and then click OK.
