  2. DEMANDA DE SERVICIOS DE SALUD Cantidades de un bien o servicio que un consumidor puede y esta dispuesto a adquirir. En el ámbito sanitario y como criterio de asignación de recursos, representa la expresión de las preferencias de los individuos en forma de su disposición a pagar a cambio de recibir servicios sanitarios y satisfacer así su utilidad individual a través de sistemas de mercado.

  3. FACTORES QUE REGULAN LA DEMANDA PRIVADA DE SERVICIOS DE SALUD • La percepción que las personas tengan de sus necesidades de salud • La seguridad que tiene el usuario que el gasto en salud que realizara le brindara beneficios mayores a la inversión o gasto que efectuara

  4. FACTORES QUE REGULAN LA DEMANDA PRIVADA DE SERVICIOS DE SALUD • El precio del bien o servicio • El precio de otros bienes complementarios o sustitutivos • La renta o salario del individuo • Los gustos o hábitos de los individuos

  5. DEMANDA PUBLICA Los hospitales como empresas productoras de procesos- servicios de salud requieren de un manejo empresarial que conlleve una rentabilidad social, deben buscar la satisfacción de las personas, usuarios o clientes y tener a la calidad como meta

FACTORES QUE REGULAN LA DEMANDA PUBLICA DE SERVICIOS DE SALUD • Orientación mas cercana al cliente • Necesidades de salud y expectativas de atención • Horarios de atención acordes a la ubicación geográfica, edad y nivel socioeconómico de los pacientes • Simplificación de los procesos por los que pasa el paciente para obtener el servicio • Comunicación efectiva
