Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission The issuance of an air operator certificate shall be dependent upon the operator demonstrating an adequate organization and method of control and supervision of flight operations, and the continued validity of that certificate shall be dependent upon the operator's continuing maintenance of the standards which it demonstrated upon original issuance of the certificate in accordance with JCAR OPS 1 & Part M, Subpart G
