RBTC allocation • SHOULD • Direct assistance to constituents • “seed money” to prepare projects to be financed by external sources • SHOULD NOT • Activities without direct links to the operational objectives and indicators • Long-term commitments • Salary cost of ILO officials • Major equipment purchases e.g. vehicles

  4. Reporting cycles • Quarterly financial report (RBTC/Form 1) • Six-month report (RBTC/Form 2) • Annual comprehensive implementation report
