  2. Go to “Select Patient” click on Search

  3. 2. Type in patient name (last name, first name); hit enter. 3. Select your patient and hit ok

  4. 4. Click on “Clinical Desktop”

  5. 5. Scroll down until you find “Referrals/Authorizations”. 6. Find Referrals/Authorizations, and click on any in that category to open the note (listed by date note was entered)

  6. 7. After clicking on the Referral/Auth you want, your “note” will come up. The authorization number will be listed, along with the valid dates **NPAR = No Prior Auth Required**
