  3. In end of 2006, further development of DMS was implemented to handle documents other than correspondence. That was DMS 2.0 and it was upgraded to DMS v2.1 on March 2012.It is our next generation of DMS. Our first target is DRAWINGS because drawings are an important piece of instrument in the construction industry for proceeding of works. DMS v2.1for drawings is a centralized system to index, file and manage the incoming and outgoing drawings in digital format. This document outlines the drawing proposal prior to execution on site. Drawing Management Workflow DRAWINGS Drawings received / issued at site Stamp / stick barcode The drawings are scanned and uploaded and made one additional drawing copy at Site Office >A3 drawings are digitized by external vendor into one CD copy and one additional drawing copy The additional drawings copy will be kept at Site Office, and original drawings will be delivered to HEAD OFFICE for archiving Site Office Head Office Original drawing Archived by Sec Dept.
