  11. Description:Peroxylase is a stabilized, liquid catalase made by submerged fermentation of a non-pathogenic microorganism. Peroxylase specifically breaks down hydrogen peroxide into oxygen and water. The enzyme has no effect on textile fibres or dyestuffs. The advantages of using Peroxylase over the traditional process are as follows: A. Only 50-100 liter of water is consumed per Kg of textiles. B. Complete Bleach Clean up is obtained in 10-20 minutes. C. Peroxylase do not affect dyestuffs or textile material D. Complete environment friendly process. PEROXYLASE Application:The following Bleach Clean up procedure is recommended in batch processing equipment such As soft – flow, jet, winch and jiggers.1. Drain the spent bleaching liquor and give one rinse. 2. Fill the fresh cold water to obtain the required liquor ratio for dyeing and ensure The pH is between 5.5 – 9.5 Temperature should be between 20-50C. 3. Add 0.5 – 1.0gpl of Peroxylase run for 10-15 min. Check for residual peroxide with Merck Peroxide Test Strips. 4. Start the dyeing procedure without changing the liquor.   13. DESIZE –AA . Technical Function : Used for the desizing of textiles at application temperatures ranging from 55’C to 75’C Attributes: Desize-CS is an alpha amylase produced by a selected strain of Bacillus subtilies. It is used for desizing of fabrics and garments at medium process temperatures i.e. 55 to 75’C. Desize-CS removes starch without any negative effect on the textile fibres. Application: The impregnation solution should have pH range 6.0 to 6.5. The optimum dosage of Desize-CS depends on the desizing conditions, size composition and type of fabric. Normally 2 to 5 gpl gives satisfactory results. It is compatible with wetting agents and surfactants normally used in the desizing process. For Garment it can be used at 0.75% - 1.0% on weight of garments. Storage: At a storage temperature of 25’C or below, the product maintains the declared activity for at least 6 months. Powder based cost effective enzyme Attributes: Desize-CS is an alpha amylase produced by a selected strain of Bacillus subtilies.   25. CELLUSOFT Biopolishing is an enzymatic process for finishing of cellulosic materials such as cotton, linen, viscose, ramie and their blends with synthetic fibres. It is a process that removes fuzz and eliminates pilling in cellulosic garments. The enzyme performs a controlled hydrolysis of the cellulosic fibres in order to modify the fabric surface. This keeps the garments looking new even after repeated washes. It effects are permanent, without involving chemical coating of the fibre.
