    7. Recommendations for Employeers When starting work at altitude, allow workers and employees to adjust Adjust in increments or steps. ex) If you have a job in Santa Fe, NM(el. 7500 ft), you should let workers adjust in Albequerque, NM(el. 5000 ft) for a couple days.

    8. OSHA Regulation If oxygen content in air at altitude is less than 19.5%, respiratory devices shall be provided. Respiratory Protection Standard, 29 CFR 1910.134
