  3. Who are we? • One of two procurement bureaus in State Purchasing. • Our bureau consists of four sourcing teams. • Each sourcing team consists of three members: a Lead Purchasing Analyst, one Purchasing Analyst, and one Purchasing Specialist.

  4. What Do We Do? • Our bureau procures and manages State Term Contracts and State Purchasing Agreements for commodities and services covering four major areas: • Transportation and Energy • Furnishings and Institutional Supplies • MRO and Law Enforcement • State Purchasing Agreements and Special Projects

  5. Bureau Statistics • We currently manage 40 State Term Contracts and 22 State Purchasing Agreements. • We leverage a sales volume exceeding $450 million dollars every year. • We offer a Return on Investment of over 13,000 percent! • We received two Davis Productivity Awards in June 2006!
