  2. OBJECTIVE The main objective of this international convention is to offer opportunity to participants to discuss latest issues and progress of sustainable urban development and management. AREAS OF INTERESTS The convention will consider aspects of land administration and land policy, real estate economics and development, property taxation and investment, housing, rural and urban tourism, urban heritage, urban infrastructure and services, Geography Information System, development finance, social and environmental impact assessment, recreational land management, facilities management, property market and the use of information technology in sustaining urban management and development. WHO SHOULD ATTEND ? This international convention will bring together academicians, policy makers and practicing valuers, lawyers, planners, architects, surveyors, land administrators, land developers, property and project managers, land and urban managers in the field of urban development and management.
