Curriculum Slam Preview Submission - MCA Chicago

Join us for the Curriculum Slam at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago on May 6, 2014, from 4:30 to 6:30 PM. Present your project ideas through three impactful images that narrate the essence of your work, showcasing documentation, process, or abstract representations of the concepts guiding your project. Each image should be accompanied by a brief caption, serving as a script for your presentation. Submit your application by March 16, 2014, to teacherprograms@mcachicago.org.

  1. MCA Curriculum Slam! May 6, 2014 | 4:30-6:30pm Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago Application:Part 2 of 2 Give us a sneak preview of your presentation. We would like you to share (3) images that help tell the story of the project you would like to present. These images can include documentation of the project (e.g. images of process and/or student work). But they can also be poetic or abstractimages (e.g. representations of big ideas, questions, or successes that drove the project). We ask that you both show and tell us about these images. INSTRUCTIONS: Insert (3) images on the following (3) slides (1 image per slide) Write a rich caption beneath each image – Consider this like a script of what you might say at the Curriculum Slam (no more than 70 words per image) Tell us your name and the title of your presentation Save your presentation and e-mail it, together with Part I of your application, to teacherprograms@mcachicago.org Deadline to submit complete applications: Sunday March 9, 2014 SUNDAY MARCH 16, 2014 Questions?
