  3. Are we at risk? • Feedback from audits • Other regions in Ohio/US • Private sector enforcement • More strict requirements • US EPA priority

  4. MCD’s plan • Apply for OEEF grant • Look for other sources of funding • Assemble Stormwater Education Teams • Serve as liaison between Ohio EPA and regulated communities • Continue some watershed-wide stormwater education • Host informational meetings

  5. Other MCD Activities • Building Our Future • Encouraging Low Impact Development • Source Water Protection • Funds for water quality improvements • Site Planning Roundtable • Update ordinances where applicable • Clean Ohio Funds • Preservation of riparian corridors

  6. Next Steps • Submit Notice of Intent along with Application Fee • Gather and evaluate potential resources • Create plan to meet new requirements
