  2. What is OrgSync? All organizations (“clubs”) are required to create a OrgSync account Think of OrgSync as Blackboard • Each ASU course has it’s own Blackboard page • Well, each ASU Org’ has it’s own OrgSync page All Org’ documents, info, contacts, budget…are stored electronically on the OrgSync Org/club page

  3. Logging into OrgSync Go here: • http://asu.orgsync.com Next: • Log-in with your ASU ASURITE UserID and Password

  4. After logging-in… Haven’t used OrgSync before? • You’ll be sent to a ‘Default Profile Options’ page • Click on edit profile • Enter your First name, Last name and Email address (in @asu.edu format) and click on Finish. • It’ll seem like nothing happened after you click on Finish, but it did. • If you click on Back to my account on the top right corner, you will see that the changes have been made

  5. After logging-in… Afterwards (or if you have an OrgSync profile set-up already) • Click on ‘Join an Org’ under ‘My Orgs’ • Click on ‘Organizations’ next to Arizona State University • Find Team TRiOfrom the list and ‘join’ the organization

  6. After joining… • After joining Team TRiO, you must wait until a Team TRiO Admin or Officer approves you • Expect approval no-longer than 24 hours • You’ll get an e-mail notification when you’re approved to see the Team TRiO page

  8. Checking out Team TRiO on OrgSync Click on “My Orgs” and select “Team TRiO – W”

  10. Team TRiO ‘Wall’ • Daily announcements / FYI’s will be posted here • Officers/Admins only have access to this • CHECK IT DAILY, please!

  11. What YOU need to check • Communication • Go to ‘Discussions’ to see new posts • Pages • Meeting Notes will be posted here • Other Documents will be here • To-do Lists • Very Important • All important tasks that need to be done will be posted in this section

  12. Referring our OrgSync Page • If you’re referring students to visit our OrgSync page, please tell them to visit: • http://links.asu.edu/teamtrio • Tell students to join our “Team TRiO” page • Alternatively… • Ask them for their ASU E-mail (ASU Only, please) • One of the Admins or Officers will send an e-mail invite them
