IMPORTANT: CoEs not to be signed before 8th July Full GMC Registration Online: 2009 Doctor Logs into MyGMC • Completes application for Full Registration • Checks personal details • Completes Fitness to Practise declaration • Makes payment for registration fee • Downloads Certificate of Experience (COE) Sends COE to University/Foundation School GMC Writing to trainees by 1st June to explain and outline process for 2009 PMS graduates send CoE to Jane Bunce, Foundation Manager, Peninsula Deanery, John Bull Building, Tamar Science Park, PL6 8BU Local deadline 14th July 2009 for receipt of forms Note: If a trainee has a fitness to practise issue they should apply as early as possible University/Foundation School signs off COE Note: Trainees cannot work at F2 level without Full GMC Registration and it must therefore be in place for 5th August 2009 16th July – GMC processing deadline Forms received after this date may not be processed in time University/FS send COE to GMC UK Registrations Team Grant registration GMC update doctor’s record Successfully completed online application Online application made is incomplete/ineligible Successfully completed online application Contact doctor to make complete application or investigate further
