9. MUI Reporting ABUSE, NEGLECT, MISAPPROPRIATION, EXPLOITATION, AND SUSPICIOUS DEATH must be reported w/in 4 hours of the incident! All others 24hrs w/in the incident. (w/ends on Monday- unless one of the above) Implement preventative measures which may be identified.
