Ingredients 250 g flour 5 dg butter 5 dg powdered sugar a little salt 2 egg yolks 1 teaspoon rum 1 lemon and lemon peel half package powder sugar 5 tablespoons whole milk
Process 1.Put all ingredients in a bowl and prepare thedough. The dough should be smooth. 2. Then roll the dough on a floured board to a cookie cutter to thin rectangles. In the center we do about 4 cm line. 3. Fry them in hot oil or lard about 1 minute. Finished coat them in powdered sugar.
