COMPARISONS

This study evaluates the performance of 12 Intel Xeon X5650 processors, each allocated 48 GB RAM, utilizing single processor runs constrained by GAMS. The experiments performed adhered to a 500 CPU seconds limit with an optimality criterion of `optca=optcr=1e-6`. Performance profiles were generated using GAMS performance tools. Various nonlinear programming solvers, including BARON, Antigone, Couenne, LindoGlobal, and SCIP, were tested across multiple libraries, yielding a comprehensive analysis of 1740 models from GlobalLib, IBMLib, MINLPLib, and PrincetonLib.
