Saturday Flu Clinics: A Successful Community Event

On the 4th October, the practice organized a Saturday flu clinic for 500 patients. They were assisted by 4 patient reference group members who volunteered to help with various tasks. Positive feedback was received from both patients and staff. All patients and staff have consented to their photos and comments being used for this presentation.

Saturday Flu Clinics • On the 4th October the practice held a flu clinic for 500 patients. • 4 members from the patient reference group volunteered to help out. • They helped patients use the sign in screen, handed leaflets out, assisted to rooms and completed questionnaires with patients. • We have had very positive feedback from patients and staff for our Saturday flu clinics.
