ADDING a NEW Student. Step 1: Double click on the grade. Step 2: Double click on the class. (this can be done by just clicking on the class number in the smart bar under the classes, or by first clicking on the teacher name, then clicking on the associated class number.

  1. ADDING a NEW Student

  2. Step 1: Double click on the grade.

  3. Step 2: Double click on the class.(this can be done by just clicking on the class number in the smart bar under the classes, or by first clicking on the teacher name, then clicking on the associated class number.

  4. Step 3: Choose “Add a Student”

  5. Step 4: Fill in the student information. Using the student number as the Student ID and the Username. The password will be “Read-4fun”. SAVEIMPORTANT: If you get the message that the student already exists – please “cancel” and follow steps in “MIA inactive student” PowerPoint , or email the student and class information to Cindy Perry and she will help.

  6. Return to class list , click on the class number Then select the student at the bottom of the screen (in the class list) Choose “Manage Enrollment” 3 1 2 FINAL STEP: Activating/“enrolling” student

  7. The student is active and can now log onto SRI to test!
