FBIRN IT Update

This report highlights the significant milestones achieved in the FBIRN Informatics project over the last year. Key updates include improvements to the database schema and PostgreSQL insert functions, the release of HID version 1.0, and the reorganization of CVS to better integrate mBIRN and fBIRN.
