Certified Application Counselors are experts trained to assist individuals in evaluating health insurance options on the new Marketplace website. Utahns can find help at www.TakeCareUtah.org or by calling 2-1-1. These helpers come from various organizations such as Utah Health Policy Project, United Way of Salt Lake, and Asian Association Refugee and Immigrant Center. Establishing trusting relationships is crucial, and navigators work closely with providers, caseworkers, media, schools, and community organizations. The "What’s More Risky" campaign has been successful in enrolling over 84,601 Utahns through healthcare.gov, assisting over 45,907 Utahns, and hosting over 350 outreach/education events.
