The CHS Advantage – Saves Time & Money Permanent structures built in less than ½ the time of traditional construction • A 2000 square foot CHS multi-room structure can be assembled on a pre-constructed foundation by a 5 person crew, consisting of 1 experienced foreman and 4 inexperienced laborers, in less than seven days • Lower financing, displacement and administrative costs • Minimum Project Management • Minimal inspections required at jobsite

Lightweight Steel Frames Key To CHS’s Panelized System • Made of lightweight 18”, 16” and 14” gauge steel studs, an inner core of solitex foam insulation and exterior and interior panels composed of any material from plywood or drywall to concrete sheeting • Panels only weigh approximately 100 pounds • Enables 2 laborers to install approximately 60 linear feet in one hour, without heavy lifting equipment • Only 4% wood in structure or no wood
