  2. www.fe-histories.org Aims of this website: To encourage understanding and further study amongst: in-house trainees, practitioners, teacher trainers and opinion-formers in the LLL sector To shed light on the social/cultural contexts of the evolution of the sector in the last half of the 20th century To encourage former (and current) practitioners/ managers/ students to add to the collection of stories recalling practice in earlier times To make available in an accessible format an outline of the legacy of the sector Contents include: Timeline of policy events, local case-studies of FE, resources for further study, analyses, questions to prompt study and a collection of personal reminiscences contributed by site users (New! under development) Visit: www.fe-histories.org.ukand send in your story to the collection
