  1. Storyboard Instructions • The Storyboard is an opportunity to share the good work you are doing and what you are learning. • Use a few slides to detail changes you’ve made. Attached are some suggested examples. You may want to include any relevant PDSAs or process changes. Please add anything about which your team is really proud! • ONE presenter from each team has 5 minutes to present this storyboard in a Rapid Fire type discussion. • SEND THIS STORYBOARD by September 13 to jcchdqi@cchmc.org • Storyboards will also be posted as usual. NPC QIC will set up this powerpoint presentation for your 5 minute presentation
