Nodal Protocols – Section 16 16.1 Qualification, Registration, and Execution of Agreements (1) ERCOT shall require each Market Participant to register and execute the applicable standard Agreements from the following list: (a) Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) Agreement; (b) Load Serving Entity Agreement; (c) Transmission and/or Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) Agreement; (d) Resource Entity Agreement; (e) Renewable Energy Credit Account Holder Agreement; (f) Congestion Revenue Rights Account Holder Agreement; (g) Reliability Must-Run Agreement; and (h) Black Start Agreement.

Nodal Settlements – QSEs & CRR Acct Holders/Owners • CRR Account Holders vs. CRR Owners. • CRR Account Holder – Entity is registered with ERCOT as a CRR Account Holder and may or may not have offered for and paid for CRR product. • CRR Owner – Entity is a registered CRR Account Holder and has purchased and paid for CRR product. • Assumption: QSEs and CRR Holders/Owners will register as separate entities. • QSEs and CRR Holders/Owners will receive separate Settlement Statements (DAM and RT) and Invoices (DAM and RT). • Similar to Sub-QSE relationships in Zonal system. • CRR-related settlement charge and payment types that will appear on CRR Holder/Owner statements and invoices. • These include for DAM: DAOBLAMT, DAOBLRAMT, DAFGRAMT, DAOPTAMT, DAOPTRAMT, DACRRSAMT. • These include for RT: RTOPTAMT, RTOPTRAMT, RTCRRSAMT. • CRR-related settlement charge and payment types that will appear on QSE statements and invoices. • RTOBL (Real-Time Obligation per QSE) is a CRR product purchased in DAM by QSEs. Do not have to be a registered CRR entity to purchase these products. • DARTOBLAMT and RTOBLAMT will appear on QSE DAM Statements and RT Statements respectively.

Appendix – Bill Determinant Descriptions • DAOBLAMT – Payments and Charges for PTP Obligations Settled in DAM • DAOBLRAMT - Payments and Charges for PTP Obligations with Refund Settled in DAM • DAFGRAMT - Payments for FGR Settled in DAM • DAOPTAMT - Payments for PTP Options Settled in DAM • DAOPTRAMT - Payments for PTP Options with Refund Settled in DAM • DACRRSAMT - Day-Ahead Shortfall Charges to CRR Owners • RTOPTAMT - Payments for NOIE’s PTP Options Settled in Real-Time • RTOPTRAMT - Payments for NOIE’s PTP Options with Refund Settled in Real-Time • RTCRRSAMT - Real-Time Shortfall Charges to CRR Owners • DARTOBLAMT – Settlement for PTP Obligations bought in DAM • RTOBLAMT - Payments and Charges for PTP Obligations bought in DAM and Settled in Real-Time
