The Learning Communities Initiative, active since 2002, has awarded 173 grants to 45 institutions, engaging over 3,000 individuals in innovative teaching and learning practices. By fostering professional learning communities, utilizing technology, and applying scholarly pedagogy, we aim to improve reflection and critical thinking across disciplines. Projects like bridging the pre-nursing to nursing transition highlight our commitment to enhancing education.
