  23. Size of the suitcase • Avoid heavy luggage Students will need to carry their own luggage

About your hand baggage • Your hand baggage carried onboard an aircraft must NOT exceed 56cm x 36cm x 23 cm (22” x 14” x 9”). • All liquids, aerosols and gels carried in hand baggage must be stored in containers of capacity not exceeding 100ml each. • Containers must be placed in a transparent re-sealable plastic bag.

  25. Important information • Students are not allowed to bring any battery operated device except for a camera. No video games No cell phones No ipods • Students are NOT allowed to bring any sharp item like: Scissors, knifes, cutters, etc. X X

Important information • Teachers will post some pictures on the intranet to let you know that the group has arrived safely. • The children will have the chance to call the parents on the 3rd day and the 6th day.   29. Student’s briefing before departure 21/6/2010 (MON) • Please bring along your passport • Reminder to parents & students will be distributed that day.

  30. Code of Conduct 學生行為守則 為確保遊學團的旅程愉快和安全,學生必須遵守以下守則: • 絕對服從隨團老師、當地老師及領隊之指引。 • 時刻保持禮貌和友善的態度,謹言慎行,以免有損校譽。 • 不可飲用含有酒精成份的飲品。 • 是次遊學團的主要目的為加強學生的日語能力,因此,無論課堂內外,學生應盡量使用日語溝通。 • 不得攜帶手提遊戲機、隨身聽(MP3)及手提攝錄機。 • 不可攜帶手提電話。於遊學團期間,學生不可自行離隊致電回港。校方將另安排時間讓學生致電家長。

  31. Code of Conduct 學生行為守則 為確保遊學團的旅程愉快和安全,學生必須遵守以下守則: • 絕對服從隨團老師所定下之作息時間,不能於就寢時間外擅自離開房間。學生絕對不能進入其他同學之房間。 • 如學生感到身體不適,應立即通知隨團老師。學生可自行攜帶成藥,但服用任何藥物前均須得到老師的允許(哮喘藥除外)。如學生需要當地求診,必須有老師陪同前往診所。 • 如學生需要緊急醫療,而隨團老師或日語學校未能透過電話與家長取得聯絡及口頭指示,隨團老師或日語學校將按註冊醫生建議進行緊急醫療(包括外科手術)。一切醫療費用需由學生負擔。
