  39. Marc Wilson Marc did much of the detail work preparing documentation and coordinating activities for the transition of ISTM to CAITS. He drove the new charge model process and managed the staff relocation to the ICTC. His efforts have been invaluable. -- Vince Sheehan

  40. Rose Stephens Rose is a great addition to the finance office! She's always willing to help, and has an excellent attitude. -- Anonymous

  42. Mike Floyd Mike celebrated 25 years at IU in 2014. He has made numerous contributions over the years in supporting an outstanding infrastructure, and his leadership was responsible to several innovations. -- Dennis Cromwell

  43. Clayton Tsang I started working at the Support Center this year and Clayton has been great at assisting me with customers' questions and letting me know what I can do to improve in my role as a support consultant. -- Anonymous
