  1. Books of Amyn Dahya: The real Treasure for life Dr.Amyn Dahya went through a really rich spiritual rich experience after the accident which happened in Kashmir, 1987. He was a very knowledgeable person. Who knew what clarity meant, he thought it was important for people to have that clarity about life too. He wanted to share happiness, empowerment and relaxation widely among people. He has written 7 books about spiritual living. And he has also released 3 audios. Which teach meditation, healing, self growth and balance in life? He also writes quotes weekly, and thoughts which commonly ponder over people’s mind. Amyn Dahya, has a bunch of volunteers who work as a team which is called the SHIFT. The team tires to inspire empower and support people with positive and balance. AmynDahya and his books on wellness-  By meditation people can enhance and magnify each part of their being. By meditating you can calm the turmoil you either have within or around you. The practice helps in accelerating, strengthening, healing and balancing the spiritual health of the mind and body. Meditation is an absolutely great tool for empowerment.
