  2. Introduction Earth is an interesting and fascinating planet to learn about. some facts about Earthare about the location, physical data, and some interesting facts.

  3. Location of Earth Earth is the 3rd planet from the sun.It is next to Mars and Venus.Earth is about 93 million miles from the sun.

  4. Physical data Earth has 78% of water. Earth is called the blue planet because the Earth is mostly covered in water. Earth’s highest temperature is about 136˚F (58˚C ).

  5. Interesting facts Earth takes 24 hours to rotate or spin around. Satellites allow us to study earth from space. Earth years last over 365 days, that is the time it takes for Earth to complete one orbit around the sun. Earth is the largest planet in the inner solar system. like the other three inner planets, it’s made of rock. But unlike the other planets , it’s also covered in water.
