Combines use of resources and managing performance into an assessment of organisational effectiveness Scoring CAA

April onwards - Audit Commission start reviewing information April – September Self Assessment September - Joint-inspectorate review of latest available information and report red and green flags October: Final reporting shared with local partners November: Resolve any remaining challenges through formal process; and publish first set of CAA reports.
