  5. Help via Internet: KLAUSUTIS – “THE ONE WHO LISTENS TO YOU” • Klausutis( the “Little Listener”) is a lovely friendly character, which children can write to and tell about their difficulties. • All counsellers sign by the Little Listener’s name in the end of the answer to the child’s letter.
