  1. Joe Girouard Has Been Working At a Well- Known Pharmacy in Boston, Massachusetts Since 2010 Joe Girouard is a Senior Manager at a well-known pharmacy in Boston, Massachusetts since 2010. He is responsible for the production, compounding, and apportioning of medicines in the pharmacy; and also provides important information to subordinates, nurses, and interns on new medications. He takes directions from medical practitioners, physical therapists & shares operating tasks with other outpatient pharmacy managers. Joe is a dedicated employee who has always maintained good relationships with the departmental staff, supervisors, and employees. Joe Girouard’s key responsibilities include - Improving and evaluating the manual of Policies & Procedures annually Maintaining and setting up the system of records and preparing annual budgets. Organizing, planning, and administering various activities in relation to the pharmacy operations. Providing proper guidance on certain prescriptions and medications in line with the hospital policies Providing assistance to both professional & technical personnel in dispensing any medication sold to the hospital. As far as Joe Girouard’s education & training is concerned, he holds a Bachelors Degree in premedical studies and has completed a professional course in pharmaceutical sciences from New York University. In addition to this, he has also completed a certification course in healthcare administration. Girouard has in-depth knowledge of business when it comes to the organization of the hospital pharmacy. He is familiar with the hospital regulations, guidelines, and practices in relation to dispensing medication to compounding.

  2. When not working, Joe likes to spend time with his family and friends. As he has always believed in maintaining a healthy work-life balance, he devotes his free time to a lot of his hobbies as well, such as playing golf, skiing, reading biographies of famous people, and cooking. He also enjoys traveling and has been to more than twenty-seven countries so far.
