Ideas sorter for learner vision statement 1 Stick here – any ideas that are already happening or have already been replaced with better ideas Stick here - any ideas that will help take the vision forward and could be achieved by most teachers in 2 years Stick here - any ideas that definitely would move this vision statement forward but will take more than 4 years to put in place across the whole school Project #1 – Peer teaching The closer to the line, the larger the project is liked and expected to happen. Put your first BEST learner outcome here 0 1 2 3 4 Our school now 4 years time

  5. Task 1 Gathering ideas from people with as many different outlooks as possible. • List the different groups of people who may have an interest in the school and how it progresses (Stakeholders). • Discuss how each stakeholder group can have their opinions heard in this project

  6. Stakeholder landscape Add and/or subtract stakeholder groups required for consultation in your community.

  7. Inclusion practices Add and/or subtract stakeholder groups required for consultation in your community.

  8. Task 2 • In groups of four, agree which inclusion practice is best for each stakeholder group. • Merge four groups and discuss any differences of opinions • Gain school-wide agreement as to which Stakeholders will be engaged and how.

  9. Planning engagements Add and/or subtract stakeholder groups required for consultation in your community.

  10. Task 3 • Divide the delegates into groups. Ideally these will be groups of 4, each group covering one inclusion Practice. • Each group will plan and resource their stakeholder engagement plan

  11. Final check • Groups feed back on their engagement plans • All engagements should aim to provide ideas which can be added to the three ‘Learner Outcomes’ posters.
