Goals • To give a profile of the clients seen in SAMHSA/CSAT’s Offender Re-entry Program (ORP) and how needs, treatment and outcomes vary by age • Examine the high rate of victimization and demonstrate how it is related to co-occurring mental health issues, criminal activity and other presenting problems
