Objetivo del Proyecto • Combinar los sistemas actuales del Programa MIDAS en una estructura única, la cual ofrezca un sistema de información, puntos de control, y que promueva la productividad por medio de la adaptación de los circuitos operativos actuales al nuevo sistema y a los circuitos operativos regionales. • Crear materiales de entrenamiento para todas las audiencias. • Identificar audiencias a entrenar. • Revisar los procesos de negocio actuales identificando mejoras • Mejorar la eficiencia y productividad de los procesos de negocio • Diseñar y establecer un plan de entrenamiento. • Entrenar usuarios del sistema.
