  6. The purposes of the Prestudy Phase is to • ensure, that the business idea • is technically and commercially feasible • fulfills customer requirements • is aligned with the organization’s business direction • => preparatory phase before the project is formally • started 5

  7. The purposes of the Feasibility Study • Phase is to • decide on a project strategy • define the project goals • prepare project plans • => preparations for successful project completion • are made 6

  8. The purposes of the Execution Phase is to • ensure, that the project is managed, performed • and completed in a manner that fulfills the • organizations and the customer’s requirements • => project is executed and the outcome is handed • over to the customer 7
