While people differ in some aspects, there are general characteristics that they all look for in a dream house. These include the following:

  3. ● Location Having the best location that you can afford is always a top priority. You will most likely prefer an area that is near a great school or near other important establishments where you can dine, shop, and do other recreational and entertainment activities.

  4. ● Walkability It is good to live in a place that allows you to walk to shops, and walk for exercise too. You want a location that has an area where you can walk around comfortablyand not worry about your safety.

  5. ● Security You definitely want a place that makes you feel safe. Thus, you better ask the following questions before buying a property. Is it a secluded area? Can anyone just sneak up on you from behind?
