Team Division into Dry and Wet Lab for DNA Synthesis and Protocol Development

This week, our team has split into Dry Lab and Wet Lab activities. The Wet Lab team, consisting of Erika, James, Prudence, Chris, Clinton, Tom, Yanis, and Krupa, is focused on two key tasks: DNA synthesis and the development of protocols and reagents. Key components include promoters, RBS, genes, and terminators. We aim to test culturing and transformation using an integration vector, and upon success, will linearize the vector for linear integration. Additionally, microscope training is scheduled for Thursday, alongside protocol refinement for testing constructs.
