  4. NPRR Idea • NPRR to follow the logic of OFF10 or OFF30 so AS can receive operating reserve payment • Problem with how ERCOT will deploy • Registration: sites will have to be registered for their MPC • Measurement and verification: how will ERCOT see the extra MW
