2. Caravan – Budget Review • Summary: • 2011 deficit was $31,000+ • 2012 deficit projected at $15,450 • $0 capital approved in past 3 years • Work in progress to erase previous year’s losses • Increase revenue through events and sponsorships • Manage projected expenses • Denim shirt cost recovery

3. Caravan – Website Update • Secured new 3 year Sponsorship with Flipp • Web front-end/back-end development in kind • Flipp logos to be applied to the fleet • Cash component from the Committee • Interactive Social Media links to site • Improved/enhanced reporting

5. 2012 Update, EPG, 4-Corners Project • 4-Corners proposal accepted by the Centennial Committee from a long list of ideas • All major volunteer committees to participate (Rodeo, Caravan, DTA, Indian Village, Q&Ps, Promotions, Agriculture, Next Generation) with organizational guidance provided through EPG • Linkage between the founding “Big 4”, 4 city quadrants, values and priorities and community partnership • Events to run on 4 consecutive Saturdays from May 5 to June 2 (exception of the May long-weekend) • 4 major recreation centers to host the events • West Side Recreation (SW) • Cardel Place (NW) • Genesis (NE) • Fish Creek (SE)
