  2. Document Size • 10 MB per file • Unlimited files • For larger files, Instructor Volumes recommended

  3. Document Types • Graphics (jpg, gif, tif, png) • Audio files (wav, mp3) • Compressed files (zip) • Documents  Word processing (doc, docx, rtf, txt)  Spreadsheets (xls, xlsx)  Presentations (ppt, pptx)

  4. Document Types (cont’d.) • Movies are the exception (mov, wmv) • Exceed 10 MB file size limit in most cases • Use other resources for storage:  You Tube or Google  Instructor Volumes

  5. Document Naming • Avoid using symbols and spaces in file names • Symbols include:  !@#$%^&*()-+={[}]|\:”;’<,>.?/ • Provide standard nomenclature:  Last name_first name_assignment name  Ex: smith_j_assignment1.doc • If same first and last name, use ASURITE:  Ex: smith_jsmith13_assignment.doc
