  1. GSA Online Driving: How to Access the Course At http://drivethru.fas.gsa.gov/drivethru/drivethru/, • Make sure “Block pop-up windows” is turned off. Contact the IT Help Desk for assistance. • Under application access, select “Defensive Driving Course”. • Enter Customer Number: 100100136000704. • Enter your full E-mail and click the submit button. Select “OK” on the pop up screen. • Select “New Student”. • Now you are in a page that allows you to enter your specific information. At this time you will select a password. Your Bureau is “National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration”. Do not fill in “Unique Employee Identifier”. • Once you have entered all required information, click submit. • Select “Safety” under the heading “Categories” and you will get to the page that has the link for the course.
