Pre Season Schedule • Fall Ball • M/W 7-9 at Glacier Peak starting Oct 29 and ending Nov 26 • Nathan Wirtz is coaching • Approximately $80-$100 • Space Needle Shootout • Nov 30, Dec 1st and 2nd • Pay to play. Cost TBD by roster size (approx $50) and includes 2 practices and the tournament fee. Try outs date TBD • Snohomish Shootout • Tournament we are hosting on Dec 7th & 8th at GP • 4 Teams..Woodinville, East Side Catholic, Mukilteo and Us • Huge Fundraising potential for our program. • Winter Ball • M/W 7-9 at Glacier Peak. Jan 7th – Feb 13th. We will take the week of finals off. • Approximately $80

  6. Regular Season Schedule • Season Begins Feb 25th • Practices will be held M-F. We are doing our best to be at GP, but could be at any available field including Lake Stevens • Camp Brotherhood • March 1st and 2nd . We will carpool up on Fri afternoon and come home Sat before dinner. • Both JV and Varsity • Booster Club will pay for ½. Approximate out of pocket per player $50 • Cavalier Tournament • March 9th and 10th in Bellingham • JV only. Varsity players strongly encouraged to come support their teammates. • Oregon Tournament • March 23rd and 24th • Varsity Only • 3 Rivers Shootout • End of April • JV Only

  7. Uniforms • Home (White) and Away (Red) Uniforms • Anyone new to Snohomish Lacrosse or the HS program needs to order a uniform set and pinnie • Cost Approx $75 per set. Orders must be placed and paid for no later than Nov 7th • Uniforms will be ordered through the Booster Club NOT on snolax.com • For incoming players we will try to keep #’s the same, but can not guarantee. If you are unable to keep your #, you will need to order a new pinnie on snolax.com • Shooting Shirt • This will be a required part of the uniform that the players will keep from year to year. This will be ordered through Booster Club. Order must be placed and paid for by Nov 7th • They will be a black dri- fit shirt to match our headwrapz. • Cost is approximately $20-30

  8. Gear • Gloves • All players must have Red gloves. They can have white or black accents, but must be predominately red. • Helmets • D1 rules require that teams have matching helmets. To help curb costs to families, Booster club will be purchasing a headwrap for all HS players’ helmets. They will only fit the Cascade Pro 7, CPx R, CPX, CPV, CS Youth, CLH2, Warrior TII, Brine Triumph, Easton Raptor, and Easton Predator. • Team Bag • All HS players will be getting a team gear bag. We will be doing a mandatory fundraiser to offset the cost. There will be an opt out fee offered.

Repeat Fundraisers • Coffee • Dedicated to pay for team gear bags. • Each player is required to either check out 15 bags of coffee/cocoa OR pay the opt out fee of $$80 • Letter Drive • This is one of our largest grossing fundraisers, and also the easiest for you. All you have to do is fill out 5 letters and turn them in. You will find the letters in your player packet. • Last day to turn letters in will be Dec 1, 2012. There will be periodic turn in days at GP before fall ball practices.

  13. Repeat Fundraisers • Stealth Launch A Ball • Sun, Jan 20th. • Need boys and parents to come to the Stealth game and sell tennis balls. We receive half of the proceeds. • We need to sell 100 Stealth tickets, that’s 3 tickets per player, to the Jan 20 game. They are $20 a piece. We will be taking orders starting tonight through Jan 1st. • Youth Clinic • This was very popular with the youth boys last year. Lots of room for improvement. Looking at doing dinner after the clinic instead of pancake breakfast • Jan 26th • Need 3-4 people to take this on. . • Poster • We need to get sponsors for our poster. We are looking for someone to take this on.

  14. New Fundraisers • Clock Your Shot • Takes place at the Harvey Cup in June • We threw this together at the last minute last year. With more planning we could make this a big success. • Concessions • We will be starting a concession stand at home JV and V games. • Varsity parents will work the JV games and JV parents will work the Varsity games. We are always looking for more great ideas to raise money and we may add some more depending on parent input this season. Some ideas we are mulling around are restaurant nights, wine tasting etc. These also serve as great team/parent bonding events.

  15. New Fundraisers • Snohomish Shootout • Keith Stefanson and Joe Soucy • Dec 7th and 8th at GP • We will NEED all players and parents to help out in some capacity before and during the tournament. We will contact people at a later date with volunteer opportunities.
