Service Community: Beth Izzo • eizzo@iwu.edu • Assistant: Melissa Roche mroche2@iwu.edu • Moving stuff for the Bloomington Public Library • Thursday, April 15th, 10am • Help load mini golf course into trucks at the warehouse where it’s being stored and bring it to the Library • Monday, April 19th: move the course from the Library to the Storage Unit • Zoot Dance Parties: email shanover@normal.org • And sign up on the data base too! • Dates and Themes: Friday nights 5:30-8:30pm • 16th Jonas Brothers • 23rd Hannah Montana

Service CNF: Emily Mihalcean • emihalce@iwu.edu • Assistant: Amanda Swanson aswanson@iwu.edu • Reminder that you get a ½ fraternity hour for driving fellow members to events • If you need a ride to an event, email a person who has checked “I Can Drive” on the event. • National • Humane Society: Sunday, April 18th: 12-2pm • College Night: Wednesday, April 14th: 6-8:30pm • hold an informational panel for local youth • Need people to serve on the panel, give campus tours, play games with the kids, and donate food • Campus or National hours, possibly community hours

Service: CNF • Campus • IWU women's golf tournament, • Shifts are Saturday, April 17th: 8:45-11:45, 11:45-2:15  • Sunday, April 18th: 8:45-11:45, 11:45-2:15  • email Coach Niepagen:  kniepage@iwu.edu • Volunteers will shuttle players between green to tee on one of five golf holes.  They should have their own transportation.  • Lunch will be provided • Commencement ushers: 5 needed, no seniors • Campus hours for next semester • Talk to Chris Unger

Treasurer: Kristen Slamar • kslamar@iwu.edu • Assistant: Emily Coles ecoles@iwu.edu • Car Wash: April 17th, 10:45-3pm • Can take surveys for hours until April 21st (reading day) • Donate, through APO, to Big Brothers Big Sisters • $5 for an hour, $10 for two hours max • fundraising/national hours • Finals-o-Grams • Making them after chapter tonight • Sell them: Buy $5 worth to sell and responsible for selling = 1 hour • Deliver them for 1 hour too • April 19th: fundraising night at DP Dough • Go and encourage all y'all friends to go • Doesn't count as fundraising hours since you get a delicious pizza in a pocket • Contact Kristy Hosack if you have questions

Treasurer • Brown Bag Auction!!! • Monday and Tuesday April 19th and 20th • Sign-ups on the database listing 5 businesses • For 2 fraternity/fundraising hours, need to solicit 5 businesses and provide some sort of proof of follow up • ie forwarding an e-mail, or having whatever donation. • 10 businesses with a friend= 2 hours each. • Letters on the table for pickup • I'll also send out an e-mail with the file attached • Please solicit businesses! If we have no prizes, we can’t do the auction • if you know of five businesses that aren't on the database that you'd like to solicit, let me know and I can make an event
