  2. Email This is contact manager page.At lead details portion admin click on email & can start email campaign.

  3. Send a mail option pop up As admin click on email , this pop up will come. There is two options Want to send a single custom email - Admin can send a single email to a contact Want to add this user to an auto responder email campaign -

  4. Create Email Form If admin choose Want to send a single custom email then redirect to this page. Here by filling out the form admin send a single email to one or more contacts (using CC/BCC).

  5. Attach File To attach file need to click on the attach file link . After clicking a popup will come with 2 options- Attach from Computer Attach from lybrary

  6. Attach from computer Selecting attach from computer the browse pop up will come as we find in case of any mail attachment process. From there admin can select file & attach to the mail.

  7. Attach from media Library Selecting attach from library , will redirect to a new page at new tab. that page will have the list of media file as it is showing in the layout. Admin can add any file from there by clicking on ADD botton.

  8. Email campaign Listing Auto Responder As admin choose auto responder option will redirect to the this page. This is a campaign listing page & will show the system campaign . At 1st box it is showing all the campaign in the system. Admin can – See Preview do Overwrite See delivery status At 2nd box admin can see the self created campaign. Admin can Edit Rename Delete That & can see the delivery status. There is a link at bottom – “Create New Campaign”. Admin can create a new campaign from that.

  9. Rename Campaign Clicking on Rename a pop up will come. From where admin can rename the campaign

  10. Delete campaign Admin can delete a campaign by selecting delete button. Then a pop up will come for confirmation.

  11. Delete Campaign After deleting a campaign admin came back to the listing page again. A success message will show at the top.

  12. Create New Campaign This is the 1st step of creating campaign. Clicking on the “Create New Campaign” a pop up will appear. There will be text box , where admin can write the name of the campaign. After clicking the create button a new campaign listing will be created.

  13. Create Campaign As admin create a campaign a success message will show.

  14. Campaign listing page After admin creates a campaign will be directed to the campaign listing page where admincan add a new message and also send test mails.

  15. Create new email message In campaign listing page when admin clicks add new message button will be directed to the email editor page, where admincan write a message.

  16. Copy tag page On email editor page when admin clicks on add tag button will be directed to a tag personalization code page where admin can grab code for the tag.

  17. Add video On email editor page when admin clicks on add video button will be directed to a video personalization code page where admin can grab code for the video.

  18. Add audio On email editor page when admin clicks on add audio button will be directed to a audio personalization code page where admincan grab code for the audio.
