  5. Consensus Building • Sticky Dots • Each person gets so many sticky dots • Vote on criteria you believe should be included in PBL projects • Question: how many is enough?

  7. Consensus Building Red: No way! I don’t believe that. It doesn’t make sense. Yellow: I have some concerns but I can live with it. Green: Yes! It has my full support. I will work to put it into daily action.

  9. Consensus has been reached when . . . • Members have been heard • Members have been frank and honest • Information has been shared • Members own the decision • Members can support the decision

  13. Each person creates a card for projects they are currently using their in classrooms. • Build a wall • What should be included on the card: • Project name • Brief description Current Projects

  14. Each content area is assigned a specific color: • Red – Math • Blue – LA • Green – Science • Yellow – SS • Pink – Specials • Place a sticky dot for each content area that is currently included within the project. • What other content areas might be included? Sticky Dots
